Joe Hendricks

This was a pretty random picture (as are all my pictures), but we were out taking pics before the ceremony, when I had this idea of a 3D kind of look. My Bride was willing to take a chance on it, so we put some plastic under her and she and her Groom laid on the ground to get the picture started. I originally wanted everyone else to be lying down too, but we were running a little late and it was really hard to get everyone to lay down in time without my Bride getting uncomfortable, so I just told everyone to gather in close and start "reaching for them" like they were running away! As they were getting into position, I sprinted up 4 flights of stairs to see what the shot looked like and I was blown away! I really had no idea it would look that cool, but I was very glad I didn't lay everyone down! I took 4 pictures and this was the last one. A shot like this is never possible without a willing bride. I would imagine the same is true of most Fearless Awards... you have to have someone willing to let you be creative and take a chance. I'm so grateful that this couple let me take that chance.
