The Story
This image is one of my favorite getting ready photos I've taken. Jessica was getting ready with her future Mother-in-Law, Sister-in-Law, and friend, and was struggling to find her way through the dress. After a few minutes of fighting through the layers of tulle, Carly, her sister-in-law, jumped to the rescue. She dove underneath with Jessica, sifted her way through the tulle, and found the light at the end of the tunnel!
This image was moments before they found their way through. It a split-second image, and one I am so thrilled happened. The bride, mother and sister-in-law have all expressed their delight over the image, and were thrilled when it was given a Fearless Award. To this day, I still get a chuckle when I see this photo, and I hope it does the same for others. Capturing moments like these are what I enjoy most about being a wedding photographer.
